> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://flashrdp.com/docs/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # Account Settings > Update your FlashRDP profile, billing address and tax ID, choose which emails you receive, and set your preferred payment method in the Billing Portal. Open **Settings** in the [Billing Portal](https://new.flashrdp.com/settings) sidebar. It has five tabs: **Profile**, **Security**, **Two-factor**, **Notifications** and **Billing**. This page covers Profile, Notifications and Billing. For your password, login email, devices and two-factor authentication, see [Password, login email and two-factor](/docs/account/security-and-2fa). ## Profile Under **Personal details** and **Billing address** you can change: * First name, last name, **Company** (optional, shown on your invoices) and **Phone** (with the country code first, for example `+1 555 0100`) * **Email language**: the language of account and billing emails * **Address**, **Address line 2**, **City**, **State / region**, **Postcode** and **Country** * **Tax ID**: a VAT or GST number, if your business has one Click **Save changes**. Your name, company, address and tax ID appear on your invoices. The Profile tab with personal details and billing address Your login email can't be changed here. It's under **Security**, because it needs your password and a confirmation link. ## Notifications Choose which emails you receive. Each switch saves on its own: * **Invoices and payments:** new invoices, payment confirmations and reminders before a renewal * **Servers:** server set-up details, suspensions and renewal notices * **Support tickets:** replies from our team * **Account:** account announcements and service notices * **News and offers:** occasional product news and promotions Security emails (password changes, sign-in and two-factor notices) are always sent. The Notifications tab with a switch for each type of email If you turn off **Invoices and payments** or **Servers**, you won't get renewal reminders or new server login details by email. Check the Billing Portal regularly instead. ## Billing * **Preferred payment method:** preselected when you pay an invoice and used for new orders. See [Invoices, payments and credit](/docs/account/invoices-and-credit). * **Account credit:** your balance, with a link to its **History** and **Add funds** * **Billing contact:** the name, company, address and tax ID printed on invoices (edit them under **Profile**).
