# Server Troubleshooting

> Fix common FlashRDP server problems: unpaid or slow setup, suspension, greyed-out buttons, a console that won't open, and RDP or SSH failures.

Find the message you see on your server's page in the [Billing Portal](https://new.flashrdp.com/servers), then follow the fix. If your problem isn't listed, [open a ticket](https://new.flashrdp.com/support/new) and pick the server under **Related server**.

## Server status messages

Overdue servers are terminated, with all data deleted, 5 days after the due date (see [Termination of Service](/docs/terms/termination-of-service)). If the server is suspended for another reason, the page shows the reason; [open a ticket](https://new.flashrdp.com/support/new) to get it resolved.
