A power supply unit failed in a Phoenix hypervisor node, shutting it down. Monitoring recorded downtime on both Phoenix nodes until the hardware was replaced and the nodes came back online.

Both affected nodes are back online and all FlashRDP services are up. Every affected customer has a support ticket documenting the incident and the compensation applied. We are continuing to monitor the nodes closely.

A Phoenix hypervisor node shut down after its power supply unit failed. This needs a physical replacement, so datacenter technicians have been dispatched. Once the part is swapped we will boot the affected virtual machines in stages. No firm ETA yet; the replacement is escalated to the highest priority.
