We are retiring subnet 108.165.185.128/24 because of Google CAPTCHA and IP reputation problems caused by its past abuse. Every Phoenix server with an IP from this subnet gets a new, clean IP within 24 hours. Servers, files and credentials stay intact; only the public IP changes, with brief downtime during the switch.

Some customers on subnet 108.165.185.128/24 have been hit by frequent Google CAPTCHAs and IP reputation problems caused by historical abuse on that range. Our leasing provider and upstream network have not fixed this despite repeated requests, so we are retiring the subnet. Every Phoenix server with an IP starting 108.165.185 will receive a new, cleaner IP within the next 24 hours. Your server, files, credentials and data stay intact; only the public IP changes, and brief downtime may occur while it moves. No action is needed: connect with the new IP once yours has been replaced. We keep a record of every old-to-new IP assignment if you need to look yours up. We apologise for the short notice.
