Update, 22 Oct 20:50 UTC: Phoenix Node 2 was unreachable from 18:23 to 20:43 UTC (2 h 20 min) while it was patched, and is back online. Patching continues on our other systems, so other servers, the client area and the control panel may still drop for a short time. We are patching the parts of our infrastructure that run PHP against a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting systems worldwide. Your server, files, credentials, applications and configuration are not touched and no data loss is expected. Service comes back on its own once the patch is in place, so there is nothing you need to do. We will keep this page updated and confirm here when everything is fully operational.
