Welcome to FlashRDP, provider of Remote Desktop Protocols (RDPs), Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and web hosting solutions designed to fulfill the evolving cloud-based needs of modern enterprises. By accessing and using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our services are engineered for reliability and security, with dedicated 24/7 support to ensure uninterrupted operations. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their accounts. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms, including copyright, data protection, and anti-abuse laws. Users must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy, back up their data, use services for lawful purposes only, communicate respectfully with staff and other users, report any service-related issues promptly, use allocated resources responsibly under the Bandwidth Usage Policy, and keep their contact information up to date.

Customers may use FlashRDP’s RDP, VPS, and web hosting services for lawful, intended purposes. Prohibited activities include spamming, phishing or scam sites, financial fraud, network or port scanning, hosting malicious scripts, conducting DDoS attacks, distributing exploitative content, operating botnets or RATs, and other unlawful intrusion activities. Breaches may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or backups. FlashRDP reserves the right to act on abuse complaints promptly. DMCA violations are ignored only for EU service plans; USA plans are fully subject to DMCA compliance. Bandwidth usage is confined to specified limits under a fair share policy; excessive usage may lead to throttling, suspension, or mandatory upgrades.

Payments must be made in cryptocurrency, and customers are responsible for transaction fees and ensuring correct amounts within the invoice timeframe. Full upfront payment is required; delayed payments may result in service suspension or termination. All payments are non-refundable except in cases of internal service downtime, where prorated credits may be issued to the customer’s site wallet within 24 hours of payment; direct cryptocurrency refunds are prohibited. Service activation follows the required blockchain confirmations. FlashRDP may revise payment terms at any time with immediate effect.

FlashRDP may suspend or terminate services immediately for any breach of these Terms, including non-payment or prohibited activities. Users may terminate their services at any time but are not eligible for refunds due to the non-refundable policy. FlashRDP will provide notice of termination where possible unless violations are severe. Upon termination, user data may be deleted or retained per our data retention policy, and any outstanding balances must be settled. Termination results in immediate cessation of access and forfeiture of stored data. Reinstatement is at FlashRDP’s discretion and requires settling any dues and correcting prior violations. Eligibility for refunds applies only to issues originating from FlashRDP’s end, based on unused service days.
