My Server cannot connect, what should I do?
First, check the service area for any unusual status. If everything looks fine, try a reboot or restart. You can also access the system via the VNC console from there. If it still doesn’t boot within 3-5 minutes, reach out to support through the /help page or start a live chat.

How fast can I get a new server?
Most plans are deployed within 5 minutes. In premium regions, it may take up to 10 minutes during peak hours. We typically deliver your credentials within 3–5 minutes after payment is completed. If you don’t receive them within this time, you can contact us immediately for assistance.
