Server Panel API (classic)

The Server Panel API is the programmatic side of the classic Server Panel. Use it to script power actions, rebuilds (reinstalls), ISO media, rescue mode and VNC from your own tools. It is a REST API that takes and returns JSON and uses Bearer-token authentication.

The Billing Portal at new.flashrdp.com has no API tokens. Tokens are created in the classic Server Panel, which you open from the classic client area. See Open the advanced Server Panel. The API doesn’t cover billing, invoices or support tickets.

Authentication

Create an API token in the Server Panel’s account settings, then send it with every request:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN
Content-Type: application/json
Accept: application/json

Keep the token secret. Anyone who has it can control your servers. Delete it in the Server Panel if it leaks. A missing, invalid or expired token returns 401 Unauthorized.

The response is paged (current_page, data; up to 200 per page with ?results=200), and each entry in data has the server’s id. Use that ID in the other endpoints, for example POST /server/{serverId}/restart.

Rate limits and errors

Requests are rate limited. Each response includes X-RateLimit-Limit (requests allowed per minute), X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-Reset headers. Over the limit, the API returns 429 Too Many Requests.
During maintenance or a temporary outage, the API returns 503 Service Unavailable. Retry later.
Power and build actions run as tasks. Check their progress with GET /server/{serverId}/tasks.

Account

Read your Server Panel account details.

SSH keys

List, add and delete your saved SSH keys, the same keys as on the SSH keys page of the Billing Portal.

Servers

Read server details, reset the password, rename, change settings, set the boot order and start rescue mode.

Power, build and media

Boot, shut down, restart and power off, rebuild from a template, mount ISO media, turn VNC on or off, and follow tasks.

A password reset through the API isn’t shown by the Billing Portal’s Show button, which only knows passwords set with the portal’s Reset password. Rebuilding a server erases its disk, the same as a reinstall in the Billing Portal.

For everyday tasks you don’t need the API. Power, console, reinstall, backups, reverse DNS and billing are all in the Billing Portal.
