We know how important your FlashRDP servers are, so we’ve made sure our support team is fast, helpful, and easy to reach. Whether you need a quick OS reinstall, a custom ISO mounted, or help troubleshooting a network issue, our team is available to keep your infrastructure running smoothly.

How to Get Help

1. Open a Support Ticket (Official Channel)

For technical issues, server management, billing questions, or anything that requires us to look at your account, opening a ticket is the best and most secure way to get help. Our verified desk typically replies within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours.
  • Go to your FlashRDP Client Portal
  • Choose the relevant department:
    • Support Desk: Handles technical issues, server management, and account-related concerns.
    • Abuse Desk: Report misuse, spam, or security incidents for rapid review.
    • Presale Desk: Ask about plans, pricing, and architecture fit before you buy.

2. Telegram Community

If you have a quick question or want to chat with an engineer in real-time, you can reach out to us on Telegram. Tickets are best for detailed issues; Telegram is fastest for quick checks.

3. Direct Email

For official business or legal inquiries:
  • Legal: legal@flashrdp.com
  • Abuse/Security: abuse@flashrdp.com

Support Business Hours

Our team operates on Asia/Kolkata (GMT+5:30) time. During these hours, you can expect the fastest ticket responses (typically 10-30 minutes):
  • Monday - Saturday:
    • 14:00 - 19:00
    • 23:00 - 05:00 (Next Day)
  • Sunday:
    • 16:00 - 18:00
    • 23:00 - 05:30 (Next Day)

How to Get Faster Resolutions

When you open a ticket, giving us specific details right away helps us solve the problem on our first reply instead of asking follow-up questions. Always include:
  • Order ID or Server Name: Tell us exactly which server is having the issue.
  • Exact Error Message or Screenshot: If you’re getting an error message when trying to connect via RDP or SSH, a screenshot is incredibly helpful.
  • Time Window: The exact time the issue occurred in UTC.
Lost your password? We don’t have access to your FlashRDP server passwords for security reasons. However, if you are locked out, you can reinstall your OS from the control panel, which will generate a brand new password for you.
