1. Open a Support Ticket (Recommended)
For technical issues, billing questions, or anything that requires us to look at your account, opening a ticket is the best way to get help. Our team typically replies within 10 to 30 minutes during business hours.- Go to your FlashRDP Client Portal
- Click on Support Tickets > Open Ticket
- Choose the relevant department (Support, Billing, or Abuse)
2. Telegram Support
If you have a quick question or want to chat with an engineer in real-time, you can reach out to us on Telegram.How to Get Faster Resolutions
When you open a ticket, giving us a few specific details right away helps us solve the problem on our first reply instead of asking follow-up questions:- Mention your FlashRDP server IP: Tell us exactly which server is having the issue.
- Provide screenshots: If you’re getting an error message when trying to connect via RDP or SSH, a screenshot is incredibly helpful.
- Explain what you tried: Let us know if you already tried rebooting the server from the power controls.
Lost your password? We don’t have access to your FlashRDP server passwords for security reasons. However, if you are locked out, you can reinstall your OS from the control panel, which will generate a brand new password for you.
