Secure Login
To access your dashboard, navigate to billing.flashrdp.com/login. You can log in using the email and password you set during checkout, or use Google Single Sign-On (SSO) for faster access.
Client Area Dashboard
Once logged in, you will be greeted by the My Dashboard page. This is the gateway to all your account settings:
- Quick Stats: At the top, you’ll see quick counters for your total Services, Signups, Unpaid Invoices, and active support Tickets.
- Active Products/Services: A quick list of your deployed servers. You can click Manage to view details for any specific server.
- Services Renewing Soon: A convenient widget to quickly renew any services approaching their due date.
- Recent Support Tickets: A log of your recent interactions with our 24/7 support team.
Product Details & Management
When you click Manage on an active service, you enter the Product Details page. This section contains your server’s billing lifecycle information:
- Server Overview: Displays your server’s hostname, IP address, and basic power controls (Start, Restart, Stop, Power Off, Console, Settings). Clicking the Control Panel button will redirect you to the dedicated Server Panel for advanced management.
- Subscription Details: Located under the Billing tab, this section shows your Registration Date, recurring Cost, and your next Due Date.
- Actions Menu: On the left sidebar, you can find options to:
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Scale your server’s RAM and CPU.
- Upgrade/Downgrade Options: Modify addons like extra IPs.
- Renew Service: Manually pay for your next billing cycle early.
- Request Cancellation: Cancel your server subscription.
