While the Billing Panel handles your account and payments, the Server Panel gives you direct infrastructure control over your deployed Windows RDP or Linux VPS.

Accessing the Server Panel

1

Log into the Billing Panel

Navigate to your Client Area and click Manage on the active server you want to control.
2

Click 'Control Panel'

On the Product Details page, click the blue Control Panel button located on the right side of the Server Overview box.
This will open the advanced Server Panel securely in a new tab. Ensure your browser allows pop-ups or new tabs for billing.flashrdp.com.

Server Management Tabs

Once inside the Server Panel, you have access to several tabs to completely manage your virtual machine:

1. Overview

The Overview tab provides a real-time dashboard of your server’s health and power state.
  • Power Controls: Instantly Boot, Shutdown, Restart, or Power Off your server.
  • reinstall OS: Completely wipe your server and reinstall a fresh Operating System.
  • Live Statistics: Monitor your live CPU usage, Memory consumption, and Network bandwidth (Inbound/Outbound speeds).

2. Media

Need to boot from a custom ISO? The Media tab handles all virtual drives.
  • CD/DVD-ROM: Mount or unmount virtual ISO files to your server (e.g., custom Windows installations or rescue disks).
  • Boot Order: Change the boot priority between your primary HDD and attached CD/DVD media.

3. Options

Advanced recovery and access settings.
  • VNC Console: Enable out-of-band VNC access. This acts like a physical monitor plugged into your server, allowing you to troubleshoot network lockouts or manage custom OS installations.
  • Rescue Mode: Boot the server into a temporary rescue environment.
  • Password: Reset your server’s core root or Administrator password.

4. Network

Manage your server’s network interfaces and routing.
  • IP Details: View your MAC address, Gateway, Netmask, and interface speeds.
  • Reverse DNS (rDNS): Set a custom Reverse DNS record for your IPv4 address (essential for running mail servers).
  • DNS Resolvers: Change the default public DNS resolvers used by your system.

5. Storage

View your attached NVMe storage devices, their allocated sizes, and their primary/secondary status.

6. Sharing

Securely grant another user access to manage your server without giving them your billing login credentials.
  • Granting Access: Enter the other user’s Sharing Token and click Grant Access.
  • Finding Your Token: If someone is trying to share a server with you, you can find your unique Sharing Token inside the Account Profile section of your own dashboard.
