By making a payment, you accept these terms.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: FlashRDP accepts cryptocurrency and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) as forms of payment for all services.
  • Cryptocurrency Transactions & Underpayments: Customers are responsible for network transaction fees and sending the correct amount.
    • If you underpay the invoice by 5% or more, the invoice remains unpaid and you must send the exact remaining balance to activate the service.
    • If you underpay by strictly less than 5% (including missing just a few cents), we will manually accept the payment and mark the invoice as paid.
    • If an underpaid invoice is ultimately cancelled, the partial amount received will be automatically credited to your FlashRDP site wallet to be used for future purchases.
  • Credit/Debit Card Transactions: Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. You must be the authorized user of the payment method provided.
  • Auto-Renewal: Credit and debit card payments may be subject to automatic renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client portal before the next invoice due date.
  • Chargebacks & Disputes: If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute, the specific service(s) tied to the disputed payment will be suspended. We provide a 48-hour resolution window before suspension is enforced. To resolve the dispute, you must either withdraw the chargeback from your bank, or pay the chargeback amount plus a $25.00 USD handling fee directly to us. Unresolved chargebacks lead to permanent termination and a network ban.
  • Payment Obligations: Full upfront payment is required for all services.
  • Late Fees & Lifecycle: A 10% late fee is applied one (1) day after the invoice due date. Services are automatically suspended two (2) days after the due date, and permanently terminated (with all data destroyed) five (5) days after the due date.
  • Proration (Upgrades & Downgrades): Plan upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and are not eligible for partial refunds.
  • Non-Refundable & Qualifying Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. Services are to be provided within 24 hours of payment; should service delivery exceed this timeframe, customers are eligible to request a full refund to their original payment method. Refunds are granted only once per service and are not applicable after 24 hours of service usage or for dissatisfaction-related cancellations. Discretionary or goodwill refunds (e.g., compensation for downtime) will be credited exclusively to your FlashRDP site wallet.
  • Wallet Funds & Forfeiture: Funds deposited or credited to the FlashRDP site wallet are generally non-transferable and non-withdrawable. If your account is permanently banned due to an Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) violation, you will immediately forfeit any funds tied to disputed, fraudulent, or abusive transactions. Any legitimate pre-ban deposits remaining in your wallet may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method upon request within 30 days of the ban.
  • Transaction Confirmations: Service activation follows the minimum required confirmations for the respective cryptocurrency, which can vary in time. FlashRDP is not responsible for blockchain delays.
  • Taxes: You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any governmental authority on your use of FlashRDP services. Quoted prices are exclusive of taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Currency & Exchange Risk: All prices are denominated in USD. FlashRDP is not responsible for currency conversion fees, exchange rate fluctuations, or losses arising from multi-currency transactions.
  • Auto-Renewal Notice: FlashRDP will send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before any automatic renewal charge is processed on your payment method.
  • Price Changes: FlashRDP may modify service pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive at least 14 days’ email notice before a price change takes effect on their renewal. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
  • Fraudulent Payments: Use of a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method constitutes immediate grounds for termination without refund and will be reported to relevant financial fraud authorities. You warrant that all payment methods used are legitimately authorized by you.
  • Chargebacks as Breach: Initiating a chargeback for charges that are valid under these Terms constitutes a material breach. FlashRDP reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount, handling costs, and attorney fees through any available legal means, including collection agencies and civil litigation.
  • Future Payment Methods: Should additional payment methods be introduced, they will adhere to these terms unless otherwise specified.
  • Changes to Payment Terms: FlashRDP may revise these terms with at least 30 days advance notice to customers.
  • Agreement: By making a payment, you accept these terms.
