Permitted Use & Dedicated Resources
You are granted full Administrator/Root access to your server. FlashRDP does not use shared CPU allocations; every allocated resource (CPU, RAM, NVMe) on your plan is 100% dedicated to you. You may use FlashRDP infrastructure to conduct business, host applications, run organizational workloads, or for personal projects, provided that all activities are legal, ethical, and do not negatively impact the underlying host node. While resources are dedicated, intentionally abusing the hardware limits to disrupt node stability may result in a resource cap or intervention.Strictly Prohibited Activities
To maintain our 99.9% uptime target and pristine network reputation, the following activities are strictly prohibited on all FlashRDP infrastructure.Network Abuse & Attacks
Network Abuse & Attacks
- DDoS / DoS Attacks: Participating in, facilitating, or launching Distributed Denial of Service attacks (outbound DDoS/booters) is strictly forbidden.
- Network Scanning: Running port scanners, vulnerability scanners, or attempting to map external networks without explicit written consent. (Note: Scanning your own FlashRDP server is permitted).
- Malicious Scripts: Hosting or executing scripts designed to exploit vulnerabilities, brute-force credentials, or disrupt external systems.
Email & Spam
Email & Spam
- Port 25 Blocked: To protect our IP reputation, outbound traffic on Port 25 is blocked by default across all servers. This restriction can be lifted upon request by submitting a valid business justification to our support team.
- Spam & Phishing: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), hosting phishing sites (e.g., fake PayPal/bank login pages), or utilizing our network to distribute malicious links.
- Spamhaus Listings: Any activity that results in a FlashRDP IP address being listed on Spamhaus or similar blacklists.
Content Violations
Content Violations
- Malware Distribution: Hosting or distributing viruses, trojans, ransomware, RATs, or botnet command-and-control servers.
- Exploitative Material: Hosting, viewing, or distributing child exploitation material. This will result in an immediate ban and a report to the relevant authorities.
- Financial Crime: Utilizing servers for carding, identity theft, or operating fraudulent financial schemes.
Bandwidth Limit & Overage Policy
All FlashRDP plans come with a High-Speed (1 Gbps, 1000 GB/cycle included) network connection. Bandwidth is provided at full 1 Gbps speeds up to 1000GB of data transfer per billing cycle. After 1000GB of usage, your network speed will be automatically limited to 512Kbps to ensure fair resource allocation across the node. If you require continued high-speed transit after hitting the cap, additional bandwidth can be purchased at a rate of $5.00 per 1000GB.DMCA Policy
How we handle copyright infringement and Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) notices depends on the geographic location of your deployed server.- EU Data Centers: For servers hosted in Europe, we offer an extended compliance grace period. Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will forward it to you and provide a reasonable window (usually 24-48 hours) to resolve the issue or remove the infringing content before taking action.
- USA Data Centers: For servers hosted in the United States, strict and immediate compliance is enforced. Access to the infringing material may be restricted, or the service may be suspended immediately upon receipt of a valid notice.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
FlashRDP complies fully with valid legal processes and court orders. We reserve the right to immediately suspend your service and cooperate with law enforcement agencies if we suspect your server is involved in severe criminal activity. No refunds are provided if a service is suspended due to law enforcement intervention.Network Management Rights
FlashRDP reserves the right to implement traffic management, bandwidth throttling, rate limiting, port filtering, and network shaping as reasonably necessary to maintain the stability, security, and performance of the FlashRDP network. This includes the right to block specific ports presenting network abuse risks without prior notice.Right to Investigate & Refuse Service
FlashRDP reserves the right to investigate suspected AUP violations by accessing server metadata, network traffic logs, and resource utilization data as technically necessary to investigate abuse reports or fulfill law enforcement requests. This right does not extend to accessing the contents of your server without a valid legal order. FlashRDP reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service to any person or entity for any lawful reason, including prior AUP violations, ban evasion, fraud indicators, sanctions list matches, or abusive conduct, at FlashRDP’s sole discretion.Set-Off, Reporting & Account Inactivity
- Set-Off Rights: Any amounts owed by you — including late fees, IP cleanup penalties, or handling fees — may be deducted from any wallet credits or service credits in your account without prior notice.
- Abuse Reporting Immunity: FlashRDP may report suspected illegal activity, child exploitation material, or credible threats of harm to appropriate law enforcement authorities. FlashRDP incurs no liability for making such reports in good faith, and you waive all claims against FlashRDP arising from any such report.
- Account Inactivity: Accounts with no active services and no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be purged after 30 days’ email notice. Any remaining wallet balance at time of purge is forfeited.
