  • General Use: Customers are permitted to use FlashRDP’s services, including RDPs, VPS, and web hosting, for lawful purposes as intended under these Terms and Conditions. Services should not interfere with the use and enjoyment of others.
  • Permitted Activities: You may use our services to conduct business, personal, and organizational activities provided they are legal, ethical, and in accordance with these terms.
  • Prohibited Activities: Spamhaus listings; phishing or scam sites (e.g., eBay/PayPal impersonation); carding or financial crime; network/port scanning; hosting, distributing, or running malicious scripts (hacking, DDoS, intrusion); participating in or facilitating DDoS/DoS attacks; distributing exploitative content; operating botnets/RATs or related malicious activity. Any breach can lead to immediate suspension without backups and may result in account closure and termination of all active services.
  • Abuse Notifications: FlashRDP may suspend or terminate services without prior notice upon receipt of abuse complaints, based on the nature of the complaint and evidence provided.
  • DMCA Policy: EU plans offer extended compliance grace periods for DMCA notices, while USA plans strictly enforce immediate compliance.
  • Bandwidth Usage Policy: Usage is confined to the allocation specified on the product page. Fair-share applies to protect service quality. Excessive use may result in throttling, suspension, or required upgrades; repeated overuse can lead to termination. Bandwidth reports are available on request, and compliance is mandatory for continued use.
  • Agreement: By using FlashRDP’s services, you agree to adhere to this usage policy. Misuse may lead to immediate termination of services and legal action where necessary.
