- Compliance with Laws: Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms and Conditions (including copyright, data protection, and anti-abuse laws).
- Acceptable Use: Adhere to the acceptable use policy outlined in the ‘Use of Service’ section. Misuse or unethical behavior may lead to suspension or termination.
- Data Management: You are responsible for backing up your data. FlashRDP is not liable for data loss or corruption.
- Service Usage: Use services for lawful, intended purposes only. Illegal or unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Communication: Maintain respectful, professional communication with FlashRDP staff and other users. Abusive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
- Reporting Issues: Report service issues or vulnerabilities promptly so we can resolve them quickly.
- Resource Usage: Use provided resources (bandwidth, storage, etc.) responsibly and in line with the Bandwidth Usage Policy.
- Updates and Notifications: Keep contact information current and respond to notifications or inquiries from FlashRDP in a timely manner.
- Agreement: By creating an account and using FlashRDP’s services, you accept these responsibilities as part of our service agreement.
