Log into the Client Portal

Visit the FlashRDP Client Area and log into your account.

Select Your Service

Locate the server you want to reset the password for and ensure its status shows as Active or Complete.Click on the service to open its management page.

Trigger the Password Reset

In the server management panel, click the Reset Server Password button.
This process communicates directly with our KVM hypervisors to inject a new password at the root/Administrator level. It does not delete or modify your existing files.

Check Your Email

Wait approximately 1 to 2 minutes. A newly generated, highly secure password will be delivered directly to your registered email address.
If you don’t see the email after 2 minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.
