Step-by-Step Password Reset
Log into the Client Portal
Visit the FlashRDP Client Area and log into your account.
Select Your Service
Locate the server you want to reset the password for and ensure its status shows as Active or Complete.Click on the service to open its management page.
Trigger the Password Reset
In the server management panel, click the Reset Server Password button.
This process communicates directly with our KVM hypervisors to inject a new password at the root/Administrator level. It does not delete or modify your existing files.

No. Resetting your password only updates the login credentials for the

If the new password isn’t working, your IP address might be temporarily blocked by the server’s firewall due to too many failed login attempts. You can use the VNC Console in your server panel to bypass the firewall and log in directly.
