This page summarizes what you can run on FlashRDP, how we handle abuse, what we promise about uptime and billing, and how your server is isolated. The binding rules are in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

Acceptable use

We welcome automation, testing and demanding workloads, as long as they don’t harm other customers or external networks.

Allowed use cases

  • Marketing and SEO tooling: Screaming Frog, Puppeteer, Selenium and analytics dashboards.
  • Social media management: content schedulers, social media managers and ad trackers.
  • Trading and automation: Forex trading platforms (MT4/MT5), blockchain nodes and trading bots.
  • Client workspaces: isolated environments for assistants, agencies and remote development.

Prohibited

  • Malicious activity: DDoS attacks, botnets, malware distribution or credential stuffing.
  • Aggressive scraping: scraping that ignores robots.txt or a site’s terms, overloads the target site, or collects protected personal data.
  • Spam and phishing: bulk unsolicited email or phishing pages.
  • Cryptocurrency mining: mining or other sustained CPU use to generate cryptocurrency.
  • Open proxies and anonymity networks: open or public proxies, public VPN services and Tor exit nodes.
  • Unlicensed file sharing: P2P sharing of content you don’t have the rights to distribute.
The full list is in the Acceptable Use Policy.
Outgoing port 25 (SMTP) is blocked by default on every server. To send email directly, open a ticket with a business justification.
Abuse handling: Our support team reviews every abuse report. For compromised servers we usually contact you first and may suspend the server to protect the network; deliberate abuse is terminated under the Acceptable Use Policy. Report abuse to abuse@flashrdp.com.

Uptime target

  • 99.9% uptime target: We target 99.9% availability for our network and host servers. This is a target, not a guarantee, and it doesn’t come with service credits.
  • Transparency: Maintenance windows and incidents are published at status.flashrdp.com.
  • Support: Tickets are answered by our support team, not bots, during our support hours. We don’t promise a fixed response time.

Billing and cancellations

  • Flat-rate pricing: You pay the plan price for your billing term, with a 1 Gbps port and 1,000 GB of monthly transfer at full speed (see our fair bandwidth policy). There are no setup fees. Overdue invoices get a 10% late fee; see Payment Terms.
  • Automatic setup: Login details are emailed on average in under 3 minutes after payment; some operating systems take a few minutes longer.
  • Self-service cancellation: Cancel from your server’s Settings tab in the Billing Portal, at the end of the term or immediately. See Cancel a server. If you pay by card with automatic renewal, also cancel the renewal with Tebex or by ticket; cancelling the server doesn’t stop it. There are no retention calls or phone numbers involved.
  • Refunds: Our Refund Policy explains when a refund applies, in plain language.

Security and privacy

  • KVM isolation: Each server is a separate Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM). Other customers can’t access its memory or disk. vCPUs are shared on the host; RAM and storage are allocated to your server.
  • DDoS filtering: Layer 4 DDoS filtering is included on every server. See DDoS protection.
  • Your server, your responsibility: Servers are unmanaged. You secure the operating system and software and keep your own backups. See User responsibilities and Secure your Windows RDP.
  • Data privacy: We do not sell your personal data. We collect what we need to run your account and servers, plus website analytics as described, with your choices, in our Privacy Policy.
