How Billing Works
- Instant Provisioning: The moment your transaction hits the blockchain and receives the required confirmations (usually just a few minutes), our system automatically builds your Windows RDP or Linux VPS and emails you the credentials.
- Pay As You Go: Every invoice is a one-time transaction. We don’t auto-charge you because we don’t store payment methods. You simply pay the renewal invoice each month with whatever coin you prefer at that time.
- Save with Longer Cycles: If you want to avoid paying monthly network fees, you can switch your billing cycle to Quarterly, Semi-Annually, or Annually.
What happens if I underpay?
Cryptocurrency exchange rates fluctuate. If you accidentally send slightly less than the invoice total, the invoice will remain marked as “Unpaid”.
Don’t worry - just open a support ticket and let us know. If the difference is just a few cents due to network fees, we’ll usually manually mark it as paid for you! Last modified on June 6, 2026
