Prices are per month on monthly billing. There are no setup fees.
Billing cycles
You pay for the whole term up front. Renewal invoices are created 7 days before the due date. See Invoices, payments and credit and Backups.
Change plans later
- Upgrade: move to a larger plan on the server’s Settings tab: under Change plan, click Upgrade…. You pay a prorated invoice for the rest of the term, and the server restarts to apply the new plan. See Upgrade your plan.
- Downgrade or change billing cycle: open a support ticket.

- Automatic setup - Login details emailed on average in under 3 minutes after your payment confirms.
- Full Administrator or root access - You have full control of the operating system.
- Simple signup - Sign up with your name and email.
- 1 Gbps port - 1,000 GB of monthly transfer at full speed in Phoenix, AZ and Paris, France, then 512 Kbps until the 1st of the next month (see our fair bandwidth policy).
- Layer 4 DDoS filtering - Included on every server. See DDoS protection.
- Dedicated IPv4 address - Assigned to your server while it is active. See IP addresses.
- OS reinstalls - Wipe and reinstall the operating system from the Billing Portal whenever you need to.
