Enter your two-factor code (if turned on)

Under Two-factor authentication, enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app, or your backup code, and click Verify.
You stay signed in for up to 7 days, or until you have been inactive for 8 hours.
If you used to sign in with Google, click Forgot password? to set a password for your email address.

Forgot your password?

1

On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, enter your login email and click Send reset link.

2

Open the email

The link is valid for 30 minutes and works once. Didn’t get it? Check your Spam folder, or request a new link.
3

Choose a new password

Enter it twice and click Set new password. All devices are signed out. Sign in with the new password (and your 2FA code, if you use one).

Sign-in problems

For your security, every failed sign-in shows the same message. Check the email address, the password (caps lock) and that your authenticator app’s clock is correct. Still stuck? Reset your password.
After several failed attempts, sign-in is paused for a while. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.
You already have an account. Sign in, or reset the password if you forgot it.
Use your backup code in place of the app code. If you lost it too, contact support from the email address on your account.
